Motisse: A Software Product to Develop One’s Confidence and Pleasure in Writing Hands-on workshop

Motisse, an AI-based tool created through HKU’s Teaching Development Grant, provides writing support with specific focus on creative writing. The tool is a chatbot leveraging solid prompt engineering, helping in creative writing through different ‘agents’ or chatbots that revise a text from different writing angles and provide help and suggestions in its chat interface. The developers suggest to use Motisse to work on a text through iterative revisions and with strong reflective practice.
