Anytime, Anywhere: PBL with GenAI | Harnessing AI for Teaching and Learning Excellence at HKU
A prototype application developed using GenAI to give students virtual, simulated experience to engage in problem-based learning (PBL), to cover for its shortcomings such as the fear of judgment and fast pace of discussion in real-life PBL scenarios. The GenAI-powered simulation was constructed to give students flexible, on-demand PBL experience without the pressures of a live session, with realistic group dytnamics and even performance evaluation.
