Principles
Registration is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to the students who are officially assigned relevant teaching/assessment duties in Academic Year 2026-27 (see descriptions in Assessment and Course Completion Requirements).
Classes with fewer than 14 students registered two weeks before they begin will be cancelled.
Process
Online registration typically opens before each semester begins (please refer to the front page for the exact date and time). Each student should register individually and only once; duplicate registrations will be disregarded. To complete the registration form, students must submit supporting documents that verify their teaching duties (e.g., an official teaching assignment email specifying the course code, teaching role and semester). Applications lacking sufficient documentation will be rejected.
Students should check their study/work schedules carefully and choose a class that does not clash with other commitments.
Students will be notified of the results via e-mail approximately three weeks before the course begins. Selected candidates must confirm their enrolment within five working days after being notified of the results. Failure to confirm within this time frame will result in unenrolment. These students may register again for a later cohort.
