As part of the Summative Peer Review of Teaching Policy, all reviewers must complete a face-to-face peer review workshop conducted by the Teaching and Learning Innovation Centre (TALIC). This workshop helps participants understand the role of a summative peer reviewer and learn best practices for conducting professional teaching observations in summative peer reviews. TALIC also offers optional training for reviewees, supporting colleagues who will undergo summative peer review of teaching, to help them prepare for the process.
