jc_page_banner

This event aims for a support to the personal development of early to mid-career colleagues. This two-hour event will focus on three core areas: how to lead teaching and learning in higher education on the positions of different levels and roles, how to collect evidence to build an evidenced-based portfolio, and how to tell a reflective story for Senior Fellow applications. Speaking from real examples and successful experiences, this event intends to help colleagues start from an earlier stage developing their leadership and/or preparing for the Senior Fellow applications. While it has a major focus to support teachers, colleagues who are on supporting roles (e.g. library, student advising, and student development) and have interests in fellowship recognition can also join to benefit from an example dedicated to this and from other examples in general as well.
